Appraisal Services

Barbara Molstad, Broker, DAR. Molstad Realty Ltd. has been providing appraisal services to the Sioux Lookout area for over 20 years.

In order to enhance these services Barbara obtained an appraisal designation - DAR (CNAREA) in 2004.

The DAR (Designated Appraiser Residential) designation identifies a member of CNAREA who is qualified to perform appraisal and consultation assignment of residential type properties consisting of no more than four housing units and non-complex commercial properties having a residential component.
